Knoxville Historic District
The Brookside offers a refined aesthetic distinct from its sister venue, The Relix. With a grand ballroom that hosts up to 300 seated guests (or 400 standing) and a two-floor layout—including a downstairs lounge—the venue accommodates seamless transitions between event segments. Its stately design features a coffered ceiling with chandeliers, Appalachian hickory floors, dramatic DMX-controlled lighting, and a glass-door patio that blends indoor elegance with outdoor atmosphere.
